When it comes to Group Fitness at Haywood Regional 健康 & 健身中心, variety is everything. All Group Fitness classes are included with membership to Haywood Regional 健康 & 健身中心, with no additional cost. No signups or additional registrations are required in order to attend a class.
在卫生人力资源&FC, we believe that every participant is welcome to try a Group Fitness class of their choosing. We do however encourage using caution, and being knowledgeable about a given class prior to beginning. Participants are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the descriptions and the difficulty rating (Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced) of the class first, and if further clarification is needed, speak to a staff member or class Instructor for more detail.
类礼仪: Please arrive on time for classes. If you arrive too late, you may be asked to leave the room by the instructor as it is disruptive and missing warm-up increases risk of injury.
注: 类 are subject to change and are reviewed carefully on a monthly basis and the schedule will ebb & flow throughout the year. New classes are trialed during busy seasons. Long-term success is based primarily on attendance, demand and instructor availability.

Interval Spin (中间): A 30-minute class using interval sprints & climbs to burn maximum calories & increase overall metabolism. The perfect class for beginners to advanced spinners. What to bring to class: 毛巾 & 水瓶. All exercise equipment provided.

Restorative Yoga (beginner): A gentle yoga class using props and modifications; designed to restore the mind, body and spirit. Ideal for those with chronic or acute injuries or conditions, anyone new to yoga and anyone with joint or muscle issues. Appropriate for pre/postnatal women.
